1. Acceptance

By installing the InvoiceOps Chrome extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use InvoiceOps.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceOps is a Chrome extension and associated web platform that automates invoice workflows for Amazon Vendor Central sellers: invoice renaming, GST-compliant PDF generation, CSV enrichment, and SMTP email delivery.

The extension operates entirely within your browser. Optional cloud features (sync, team access) are available on the Pro plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a duly authorised user of the Amazon Vendor Central account(s) you configure within InvoiceOps.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the GSTIN, billing details, and other data you enter into the extension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Process invoices on accounts you are not authorised to access
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the extension's source code
  • Use the service to generate fraudulent invoices or evade tax obligations
  • Resell or redistribute the extension without written permission

6. Subscriptions & Billing

14-Day Free Trial: All core extension features, local-only storage, no credit card required.

Pro plan: Billed monthly or annually via Dodo Payments. Renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Dashboard; access continues until end of billing period.

Refunds: 7-day refund on annual plans if no Pro features were used. Monthly plans non-refundable after billing date. Contact billing@InvoiceOps.com.

7. Intellectual Property

InvoiceOps and all associated software, design, and content are owned by InvoiceOps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for your own business operations.

8. Amazon Vendor Central

InvoiceOps automates actions on Amazon Vendor Central on your behalf using your credentials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Amazon. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with Amazon's vendor agreements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that invoices generated will meet all applicable tax requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying all generated documents.

10. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceOps's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the date above.
